Okay, so it has been a couple of weeks since I posted something on here. I figured I better hurry up and get some information on here about assignments for this week and where we are headed. Last week was so short with no school on Monday and then an "ice" day on Thursday. I'm not complaining!!!
We are starting to work on Statistics (chapter 8) in our book. We are going to be looking at a variety of ways to organize data and also ways to interpret data. Some of the information you will probably already know and be able to do....however, there will be some new ways of displaying data for you to learn!!

I hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year and are ready to get back to school!! I know it is going to be difficult when that alarm clock starts ringing in the morning, but jump out of bed and show up ready to learn! Did you get your resolutions made? Have you kept them so far?
We are going to spend the next week continuing our exploration of proportions in the form of scale factor and scale drawings. You will be using your structure project that you completed "last year" on a famous structure. Believe it or not, we will also have a "test" his week!!
Jan. 4 - Scale Factor
Jan. 5 - Scale Drawing
Jan. 6 - Review and story problems
Jan. 7 - "Test"
